Chris Sørensen

Denmark 2017

A player who started his career as a left winger, Chris Sørensen made his career at left-back. It was at hometown club Randers Freija where he earned his senior debut helping them win promotion to the second tier. A move to Vejle Bk beckoned, but it was his transfer to Odense Boldklub that changed his career. Here he played for eight years, and at one point only missed three matches in six seasons. At OB he featured in over 200 matches, winning the Danish Cup in 2007 and captained the club on many occasions. He moved to Randers FC before ending his career with Vendsyssel. His international debut came in 2007 and played for his country five times.
